Flowers play an important role in the Amsterdam FashionWeek. Fashion designer Liselore Frowijn is showing her colorful creations on the catwalk.
Flowers and plants also play a key role in the decoration of the place where the fashion show takes place.
With this sponsoring, Royal FloraHolland wants to show the young, female target group that flowers are the best source of inspiration for fashion, and for expressing personality and authenticity.
The highlight of the FashionWeek is Liselore's show on July 9 when she launches her brand-new collection in collaboration with Royal FloraHolland. The colourful collection is being displayed by 12 models, with each one wearing an unusual floral creation that fits the designer's clothing.
Sarah Dikker, winner of the TV programme Holland's Best Floral Stylist in 2014, took up the challenge of working with Liselore's collection. Together with the team of stylists, she is responsible for all of the special flower creations that the models wear during the show. She also created the magical decoration of the catwalk and the atmospheric decoration of the lounge with plants.
