A creation with a base made from polished oyster shells and wicker. With the rich usage of flowers, designer Pim van den Akker gave it a strong yet refined look. Nerines, Scabiosa, Anemones and Alliums make up for a beautiful color palet and the long threaded Hypericum berries garland makes a great finishing touch. With this oyster design, the pearl can't be missed: chef Yuri Verbeek made a pearl from oyster flesh with cream, lime and gold leaf.
