MATERIALS
A ‘Verboom Beauty’, a simple plastic container, bicycle inner tube, decorative pins and black raindrop ornaments
HOW TO MAKE
Keep tools like knives, scissors and a hot glue gun within reach.
Step 1:
Cut the inner tube into strips and glue these with hot glue onto the container. Make sure the strips overlap slightly and stick out a bit.
Step 2:
Place in the ‘Verboom Beauty’ and fold in the pieces of inner tube. Secure them with some decorative pins.
Step 3:
Tie thinner strips of inner tube around the container. It provides extra security for the glued pieces and it’s another decorative element in the design.
Step 4: Clamp in the black raindrop ornaments and you are done!
